Our Pricing Models

9cv9 offers two main pricing models, depending on your hiring needs:

1. Normal Recruitment (Default Model)

You only pay when you successfully hire a candidate sourced by 9cv9.

Fee Range:
👉 10% of the hired candidate’s annual gross salary

👉 Paid in 2 stages:

  • Retainer Deposit (Upfront)

  • Hiring Fee (Upon the candidate’s onboarding date/first day of working)

Suitable For:

  • General roles

  • Non-executive positions

  • Companies hiring occasionally

2. Premium Recruitment (Faster, Better, Upon Request)

A premium model where you become our top, high priority and urgent client. Ideal for urgent, complex, or hard-to-fill roles.

Fee Structure:
👉 25% of the hired candidate’s annual salary

👉 Paid in 2 stages:

  • Retainer Deposit (Upfront)

  • Hiring Fee (Upon the candidate’s onboarding date/first day of working)

Suitable For:

  • Senior / leadership roles

  • Technical or specialised roles

  • Confidential headhunting

  • Urgent high-priority positions

  • Companies needing deep market mapping



Yearly Retainer Deposit Fee (Required for All Clients)

To activate a recruitment partnership with 9cv9, each employer pays a Yearly Retainer Deposit.

✔ Retainer Deposit Amount: USD $3,000 per year

(depending on hiring volume, industry, and partnership level)

This Deposit Is:

  1. Fully Deductible from future successful recruitment invoices

  2. Valid for 12 months from the payment date

  3. Non-refundable

  4. Required to unlock priority sourcing

  5. Used to allocate recruitment resources & premium tools

This Deposit Covers:

  1. Client onboarding & company verification

  2. Job intake meeting with talent consultants

  3. Recruitment team allocation

  4. Job listing + talent sourcing setup

  5. Dedicated account manager provisioning

9cv9 offers One free replacement if the hired candidate leaves within these windows:

180 calendar days

Guarantee is activated only after full recruitment fee payment. If the replaced candidate leaves, there shall be no further free replacement. The one free replacement guarantee does not apply if the candidate is terminated or fired from the company.
